The Kempf Group was incorporated in June, 1993, as a full-service real estate company specializing in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing, Development, and Property Management. Greg W. Kempf is the company president and Principal Broker. Timothy J. Kempf is Vice President and Business Manager. In October, 1998, the company hired Nick McCallister as Construction Manager. This addition allowed the company to offer construction management services to clients as well. In January, 1999, the company diversified and expanded its services to include Residential Real Estate Sales. M. Todd Kempf is the Residential Sales Manager.
